Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern enrollment in and use of programs offered by Clinical SE Corporate ("we", "us", "our"), including Insider Path, 1:1 Mentorship sessions, the Boot Camp, and the GCC Healthcare Job Sheet (together, "the Programs"). By enrolling in or paying for any Program, you ("you", "the learner") agree to these Terms.

1. Who can enroll

The Programs are intended for healthcare professionals, including but not limited to physiotherapists, dentists, physicians, nurses, and BAMS/BHMS graduates, who are interested in career opportunities within Global Capability Centers (GCCs), MNCs, and global healthcare companies. We reserve the right to decline or refuse enrollment at our discretion.

2. Program fees and payment

Fees for each Program are displayed on our website at the time of enrollment. The Boot Camp carries a registration fee of ₹99. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay, our payment gateway partner, which supports UPI, cards, and net banking. Your seat is confirmed automatically once payment is verified.

3. Refund policy

All fees paid for any Program are final and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, missed sessions, failure to complete the Program, or failure to secure an interview, referral, or employment outcome. By enrolling and completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy in full.

4. No guarantee of placement or employment

The Programs are educational and preparatory in nature. We connect learners with our partner network for interview opportunities and referrals where available, but we do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes. Interview availability depends on partner company capacity for a given batch, and any final hiring decision rests solely with the hiring company.

4.1 GCC Healthcare Job Sheet

The GCC Healthcare Job Sheet is compiled from publicly available career pages. Openings can close at any time, and a listing is not a job offer or an interview guarantee. We summarize requirements in our own words and link to the original posting, and the posting on the company's own career page is always the authoritative source.

5. No certification

We do not issue certificates of completion for any Program. Enrollment and participation should not be represented as a certified or accredited qualification.

6. Program content and delivery

Program structure, schedule, instructors, and content may be updated or adjusted between batches to keep the material current. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled learners of any material changes affecting a batch they've paid for.

7. Intellectual property and copyright

All content created or provided by Clinical SE Corporate — including but not limited to website content, study notes, the Insider Path companion guide, interview preparation materials, role-wise question banks, videos, recordings, templates, graphics, and the Clinical SE Corporate name and logo — is the copyrighted property of Clinical SE Corporate or its licensors, protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law. This is provided to enrolled learners for personal, non-commercial learning use only, and no ownership or resale rights are transferred by enrollment.

7.1 What you may not do

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

7.2 Consequences of violation

Any violation of this section is a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to, without refund: immediately terminate your enrollment and access to all Programs; pursue removal of infringing content wherever it is hosted; and pursue any other legal remedy available to us for copyright infringement, including claims for damages, under applicable law.

7.3 Reporting unauthorized use

If you become aware of Clinical SE Corporate material being copied, redistributed, or shared without authorization, please report it to tech@clinicalsecorporate.com so we can investigate.

8. Code of conduct

We expect learners to engage respectfully with instructors, mentors, partner company representatives, and fellow learners. We reserve the right to remove any learner from a Program, without refund, for conduct we reasonably consider abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive.

9. Personal information

Information you provide during enrollment (such as your name, phone number, email, and city/institution) is used to process your enrollment, communicate with you about the Program, and facilitate interview scheduling and referrals with partner companies where applicable. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clinical SE Corporate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in a Program, including but not limited to loss of income, missed employment opportunities, or decisions made based on Program content.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued enrollment or participation in a Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Programs will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms, including the refund policy in Section 3, is found by a court or authority of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
